Carl is an open source data enthusiast. His current focus is on OSO, a data platform for crypto foundations and ecosystem funds to measure impact. Previously, Carl worked at Protocol Labs on Hypercerts, a flexible data standard for rewarding contributions in domains as varied as journalism, climate, and event sponsorship. Before that, he cofounded Enveritas, a technology-based platform for verifying coffee supply chains.
Carl’s work intersects with Allo.Capital through a shared focus on improving capital allocation for public goods. He is excited about designing transparent, data-driven mechanisms that help communities fund what matters. He’s particularly interested in blending human judgment with quantitative signals to build systems that are both fair and efficient. He hopes to contribute to capital allocation experiments and developing impact metrics, and helping the Allo.Capital ecosystem become a model for integrity and innovation in public goods funding.
